but there was dance.

Bought logistics for camp.

The campers had lotsa fun with the water and stuff.
Was just quite angry that some instructors and GIs couldn't control themselves from playing w the waterbombs.
'Caus we're supposed to control the campers and make sure everything doesn't go wrong,
instead of throwing waterbombs at each other.
& while I'm trying to debrief the campers,
people kept spraying water at them,
which made the campers superhyper and behave like some wild things which haven't seen water for years.

Aft sch had dance,
as if I'm not tired enough.
Was a rly rly very tiring practise.
A very disappointing one too.
I was rly sad and broke down to tears.

Maybe I shouldn't blog this out but,
I'm disappointed in everything.
In the dance troupe, in the behaviour,
and myself also.
I feel that I'm not doing all I can to salvage the team,
and everything.
I'm a failure okay.

There's really really not much time left to help the whole team,
or even myself.
My leg's not fully recovered yet,
seems like it got better last time, but now its back.
They're so not motivated.
Me too, so not motivated.
I have seriously not much confidence...
I'm not supposed to have this mindset but I just have no confidence.
Looking at the team being so low in morale,
I feel that I'm a failure.
There's no unity!
What am I supposed to do to make them more motivated.
I'm really lost here.

Okay lah, enough of all those.
I must take some action to improve the whole team...
Including myself of course...
I'm really underperforming, in my own opinion....
With such standards from myself, I dont know how am I supposed to set an example for the other dancers.
